A
pre-professional symphony orchestra comprised of the most
experienced musicians in the San Diego Youth Symphony program.
The orchestra rehearses and performs advanced orchestral literature in a professional setting. Domestic and foreign concert tours may be an additional educational component of this top-level ensemble. This orchestra is open to musicians ages 15-25, who have reached the tenth grade, or as instrumentation requires. Placement is by invitation. Rehearsals will be held from 5:25pm to 6:45pm.
