Each year young musicians from all over the globe
convene in San Diego for a two week intensive music
camp in which they rehearse and perform with our local
SDYS students. All participants experience the powerful
influence of music in the promotion of world understanding,
friendship and peace. This concert is the exciting
finale performance of that program. |

works performed by our preparatory ensembles: Concert
Orchestra, Concert Winds, Wind Symphony, and Sinfonia.

7pm Winter Ovation Concert featured our advanced
ensembles: Symphony Orchestra and Philharmonia. The
concert included a special performance by our
2009-2010 season Concerto Competition winner, clarinetist
Juhwan "Jay" Shin with
the full orchestra.
