2009-2010 SDYS Symphony Orchestra

An advanced training orchestra for exceptional musicians. Musicians accepted to this ensemble will study and perform symphonic repertoire at the highest level. The Orchestra performs regular concerts as well as benefit concerts for the community. The orchestra is open to string, wind, brass, and percussion musicians ages 13-25 or who have reached the eighth grade. Placement is by audition.

Rehearsals will be held from 3pm-5:15pm. Regular Thursday evening sectional rehearsals 6:30pm-8:30pm.
